If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days (if you are in Italy, 21 days if you are abroad) since the delivery of the goods, to return the product, i.e. make the return request to the Customer Care, get the approval, ship the product, and have it delivered to Italo Ferretti.
We recommend you to proceed well in advance to meet the established times.
The return will be accepted under the following conditions:
- the products should not have been used, worn, washed
- the identification label must still be attached, as an integral part of the goods
- the products must be returned in their original packaging
- the products must not be damaged
To return your order contact our customer service via email at [email protected]. You will be assisted with the return procedure to get the detailed return label you’ll need to print and apply on the parcel.
After having received and verified your return, we will proceed with the refund for the items you have returned. 50,00 € (60,00 $) flat rate will be charged as expenses for the pic-up/ship and customs of the returning product.
IMPORTANT: for products in the “clothing category“, any item purchased with the addition of “personalizations” (made to measure, inscription/initials, Swarovski, etc…) will be reimbursed for 50% of the price paid, when the product is returned.
For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available within 10 days and will still be visible on the subsequent card statement. The timing may slightly vary based on the used banking system.
For orders paid by Paypal, the amount will be returned in approximately 7 days to the original account provided.
For orders paid by Bank Transfer, the amount will be returned in approximately 7 days to the account name and n° provided at the Customer Service when asking for the return label.
For orders paid by Klarna, the amount will be returned in approximately 7 days to the original Credit Card used via the buy now-pay later service.
